How to Complete a Vehicle Escrow Transaction Using Our Services in 5 Easy Steps

1. Buyer and Seller agree to terms
   Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the car, sale price, ‘Test Own’ period of 14 days.
   Based on the buyer’s information, BLITZ Auto Deals will issue the invoice for the vehicle purchase.

2. Buyer Makes Payment to BLITZ Auto Deals
   The buyer transfers the payment securely via bank transfer to our escrow account, referencing the invoice issued in their name. Transfers are processed within 1-3 business day (EUR).

3. BLITZ Auto Deals Holds Funds Safely
   The buyer’s payment is securely held in our escrow account and will not be released to the seller until the buyer has received the vehicle, inspected it, and provided their acceptance.

4. BLITZ Auto Deals Coordinates Delivery or Pickup
   Upon confirmation of the buyer’s payment, we will initiate the delivery to the buyer’s desired location or arrange pickup. Delivery is available across Europe and typically takes between 3 to 5 days. For the pickup option, the vehicle will be ready for collection within 24 hours after confirming the buyer’s payment.

5. Funds Release or Refund
   Once the buyer confirms that the car matches the description and the ownership transfer is completed, the seller will receive payment, and the transaction will be considered complete. If the buyer decides not to keep the vehicle, they can initiate a return for a full refund, as per the agreed terms.

Next: Once the buyer’s information is received and verified, we’ll issue your invoice and contract, and proceed with the reservation, payment, and delivery arrangements. It is important to know that preparing the invoice is logically equivalent to stopping the sale of the vehicle on our platform in order to avoid double orders.

Note: The invoice will be valid for only 48 hours (duration of stopping the sale) time required to confirm payment of the corresponding deposit into our escrow account.
