Welcome to Blitz Auto Deals – blitzautodeals.com is an online platform (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) operated by Condelle GmbH, registered under UID-Nummer (VAT ID) DE 368093613. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Delivery is available in all Europe and it takes between 3 – 5 days. After the payment is completed, our delivery team will contact you to arrange the date of delivery.
Delivery rate
– For Europe: FREE for first-time clients (Delivery time: 3-5 working days)
All our vehicles are sold with the technical inspection ok, the registration documents, the maintenance logbook and maintenance invoices. No costs to expect and a guarantee of 6 to 60 months depending on the vehicle.

2. EASY PAYMENT
You only need to provide the following:
Valid ID.

Delivery address (if different from ID address)

3. PRICE AND PRICE GUARANTEE
The total price including tax indicated in the purchase order, is for a vehicle in its standard condition, ready to be used. It includes all transport and preparation costs and taxes which are included in the price of the vehicle excluding options.
The prices applicable upon delivery are those of the rate in effect on the day of the order when delivery takes place within the delivery time provided.
If delivery does not take place within this period, and if the delay is not attributable to the buyer, the price guarantee mentioned in the previous paragraph will be extended until the vehicle is actually made available.
The price guarantee only applies to the model and variant or variation version mentioned in the order.
4. ARE THE PRICES INCLUDING VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on our page include VAT and all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are included in the displayed price.
5. HOW TO BE SURE THAT THE VEHICLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION?
Each vehicle is appraised by an automotive professional upon receipt in our fleet, covering at least 100 checkpoints.
Vehicles undergo mechanical and aesthetic preparation before being delivered.
Delivery is handled by an expert conveyor who delivers hundreds of vehicles monthly.
Inspection process:
Initial assessment when the vehicle leaves the logistics park
Final assessment with the customer upon delivery
You can verify that the vehicle conforms to what you purchased.
6. MANDATORY TECHNICAL INSPECTION
If the regulations require it, the seller provides the customer with the certificate attesting that the used vehicle has undergone the technical inspection within the prescribed time frame, as well as the corresponding report.
7. SECURITY CHECK
The seller undertakes, with his customer, to carry out a safety check on the components whose defect could cause accidents. The checks and, if necessary, repairs concern the shock absorbers and suspension components, the steering components, the braking system, and the tires. Generally speaking, the seller must check and ensure compliance of the vehicle with the requirements of the Highway Code.
8. HOW TO ORDER A VEHICLE
To order a vehicle, you will be given an invoice for an advance payment or for the full payment which has to be paid before delivery. We require a deposit as we cannot transport and deliver a car to you without any purchase commitment on your part. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer in order to have traceability of the operation and to be able to cancel it in the event of non-delivery.
TWO PAYMENT METHODS TO CHOOSE!
As previously stated, we cannot ship you a vehicle without any formal purchase commitment. To this end, to order and have the car delivered to your home, you can opt:
-To pay a 50% deposit after agreement on the order quote;
-For full payment in order to benefit from a 10% discount on the overall price.
Example: If the car you want to purchase costs 10,000 EUR, you have to pay a minimum of 50% of its price (5,000 EUR) for the transport to take place and you have to pay the rest of 5,000 EUR after the car arrives and you inspect it. If you choose to pay 100% of its price, you get a 10% discount (1,000 EUR) and you pay only 9,000 EUR before delivery.
Your rights following the delivery of your vehicle:
- 14-Day Return/Exchange: In accordance with internet consumption laws, you have 14 days after delivery to refuse, exchange, or request a refund for the vehicle.
- Unsuitable Product: If the product does not meet your expectations, you can refuse, exchange it, or request a refund without further notice after verifying the delivery.
- Non-Delivery: In case of non-delivery, you may file a complaint, cancel the transfer, and request damages from our company.
- Warranty and Support: Upon delivery, we will assign a local garage to handle any warranty-related issues. If you experience any problems, simply contact them, and they will resolve the issue promptly.
- Defective Product Reporting: If your vehicle is defective, please report the issue before the warranty expires. You can have the vehicle repaired or exchanged within the warranty period, in addition to your consumer rights for returns.
Order Confirmation: If you agree with our terms and conditions, please confirm so we can proceed with preparing the invoice and finalizing your order. It is important to know that preparing the invoice is logically equivalent to stopping the sale of the vehicle on our platform in order to avoid double orders.
Note: The invoice will be valid for only 48 hours (duration of stopping the sale) time required to confirm payment of the corresponding deposit into our company account.
9. DELIVERY TERMS
When the Vehicle can be made available to the customer, he will receive a call from the delivery team and they will discuss the availability of both of them so the shipping can take place. Our company will therefore appoint a mandated delivery person who will take care of all the administrative and financial procedures acting as a mandated seller.
10. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
After validation of the order, a tracking number will be communicated.
11. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AND TRY THE VEHICLE?
It is not possible to view or test drive the vehicle before ordering it. Indeed, it is an online purchase. Transporting a vehicle without a purchase commitment is impossible. However, on our page, we have provided you with as much information as possible about the vehicle to help you make your decision in the best conditions.
You also have a 14-day money-back guarantee during which you can choose to return the vehicle if it does not meet your expectations.
We only sell on order and on delivery.
12. YOUR GUARANTEES
Despite the impeccable condition of our cars, please note that after validation of your order, we will assign you a garage which will take care of the maintenance operations which are planned according to the manufacturer’s recommendations which include the replacement of wearing parts such as brake pads and discs, windshield wiper blades, exhaust, etc. In addition to topping up oil, coolant and brake fluid.
13. MILEAGE CERTIFICATION
To ensure the correct mileage of the cars purchased on our platform, Blitz Auto Deals is working on mileage certification.
Blitz Auto Deals mileage certification is recognized as a guarantee of safety for the entire new life of your future vehicle.
16. HOW DO WE PROCEED?
We carry out an administrative cross-check by checking the concordance of the information provided by the seller with the German manufacturers (example: Elsa base at VW / Audi), contact at the headquarters in Germany, then by cross-checking the second part of the vehicle’s life with technical controls – German (TÜV).
The maintenance logs, if available, are also inspected to determine their authenticity.
This method of cross-checking mileage by date and mileage is the only one that allows you to check the mileage of a vehicle.
We will systematically refuse the purchase of a vehicle that does not have traceability allowing German Auto mileage certification.
17. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The Customer will have fourteen (14) days from delivery of the Vehicle to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
- The Customer who exercises his right of withdrawal must return, concomitantly with the recovery of the Vehicle, all the documents and accessories which were given to him during delivery of the Vehicle and appearing on the delivery report.
- The Company collects the Vehicle which has been subject to withdrawal at the place where the Vehicle was delivered.
- In the event of withdrawal and in accordance with article L121-17 of the Consumer Code, the company will bear all costs linked to the return of the Vehicle.
- In the event of withdrawal, the return of the Vehicle by the Customer must take place no later than 14 days from delivery of the Vehicle.
18. REFUND
The exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions defined above will give rise to the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer under the Purchase Order, (hereinafter the “Reimbursement”) within 7 days following the receipt of the withdrawal slip.
Reimbursement following termination of the Order will be made by transfer or check, which the Customer accepts.
19. ARE THE PHOTOS REALISTIC AND RELIABLE?
All photos are recent and accurately represent the current condition of the vehicle. We would like to show you all the exterior and interior details of the vehicle. We also provide you with a document on our site in which you will find the remaining defects(if any) of the vehicle accompanied by a description and/or a photo. We want to be completely transparent about the quality of our vehicles.
(Our conditions are not valid for customers who want cars that can be used without a driving license.)
